PER COURT:- 1.
Mr. Tandale, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that, pursuant to the order dated 15.02.2022 passed by this Court, the respondent nos.2 and 3 have already called for explanation of the petitioners and considering the explanation rendered by the petitioners would pass appropriate order as directed by the said order dated 15.02.2022 within a period of three weeks from today. The statement made by the learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

If the order dated 15.02.2022 is not complied with by respondent nos.2 and 3,
(2) 903-wp-7943-2020 appropriate action under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 would be initiated against the concerned officers of respondent nos.2 and 3. The order that would be passed by respondent nos.2 and 3 shall be communicated to the petitioners within a extended period.

It is made clear that, if any adverse order is passed against the petitioners by respondent nos.2 and 3, the same shall not be implemented for a period of four weeks from the date of communication of that order.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No orders as to costs.
