The applicant is original claimant. He is seeking compensation amount of Rs. 1,75,000/ deposited by appellantsrespondent Nos.1 & 2. It appears that this court under order dated 27/02/2018 had directed the respondents to deposit sum of Rs.1,50,000/- while granting ad-interim relief. The respondents have deposited the said amount. However, in the MACP No. 712 of 2011 the learned Tribunal has granted total compensation around Rs.4,00,000/-. Considering the said fact, the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- along with the interest accrued thereon till date be paid to the applicant original claimant on usual undertaking subject to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
