Not on board. Taken on board at the request of learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Wakure along with the appellant nos. 1, 4 and 5 and learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 - Insurance Company along with representative of respondent no. 2 Mr. Shriram Ramchandra Raut, are present today. Appellant nos. 2 and 3 are minor.

With the assistance of learned counsels, we have verified the identification of the appellants who are present today. They confirm the terms of settlement.

Learned counsels for the respective sides and the clients have filed compromise pursis on record which is marked as exhibit 'X'.

They seek disposal of First Appeal in terms of compromise pursis. Accordingly, First Appeal is disposed of in terms

of the compromise (exhibit 'X').

As settled between the parties, the respondent no. 2 shall deposit an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs) towards full and final settlement within 45 days from receiving certified copy of the compromise award by tendering cheque/RTGS in the name of Executive Officer, Latur. The said terms is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
