After hearing the arguments of both the sides extensively, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant the prayer regarding relaxation of the condition imposed while granting bail to the applicant, the learned advocate Mr. Raghuwanshi for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. However, prays for a breathing time of three weeks to surrender to the Jail.
