Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 756 days caused in filing appeal against the award passed by the Reference Court under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act. According to the applicant, delay is occasioned on account of procedural and administrative compliances. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submit that reasons as stated in the application is not sufficient.

Having considered the submissions advanced and averments in the application, it is apparent that applicant requires to comply with the various formalities before filing the appeal. Sanctions at various level are required. Delay is attributed to such requirement. There is nothing to show that applicant derived advantage by making delay. Hence, case is made out to condone the delay. Resultantly, civil application is allowed. Delay of 756 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. CA stands disposed off.

Appeal be registered on removal of the office objections. Stay Application :- 6.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that proposal is moved for getting funds and applicant would be in a position to deposit the amount within a period of eight weeks.

In that view of the matter, time to deposit the amount is extended by eight weeks, as a last chance.
