Considering the nature of allegations and the sentence imposed against each of the accused and, considering the fact that the accused/appellants are already enlarged on bail, they deserve to be continued on bail. The sentence imposed against accused/appellant is short sentence and the appeals are not likely to be taken up for final consideration during the aforesaid period. Hence the following order :

ORDER

Substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed against accused/appellants stands suspended and the accused/appellants are directed to be continued on the same bail. Bail in trial Court. However applicants shall submit fresh bonds.
