The petitioner seeks directions against the respondent to quash and set aside the order dated 02.06.2018 (page 20). The petitioner was not issued the handicap certificate. 2.

Under order dated 12th December, 2018, the petitioner was referred to the Medical Officer of the Government Medical College, Aurangabad.

The learned Additional Government Pleader placed on record the disability certificate. The petitioner is examined by Orthopaedics Department of Government Medical College,

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
