Heard Mr. More, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Salgare, learned APP for the State.

This application is filed under section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code for bail in connection with Crime No.I-17/2017, registered with Jamkhed Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 325, 324, 1/3
323, 504, 506, 427 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Ramchandra Govind Jadhav lodged complaint with Police Station Jamkhed. It is alleged in the complaint that on 01.02.2017, at about 11.45 a.m. when complainant was doing his agricultural work, at that time, the present applicant and other co-accused persons came there and assaulted him on account of previous enmity. Due to assault, the complainant had received grievous injury, and was admitted to the Hospital. On the basis of complaint, aforesaid crime was registered against the accused persons.

Applicant was arrested in the aforesaid crime on 04.02.2017. When he was in custody, the weapons allegedly used in crime were recovered from the applicant. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that investigation is over and charge-sheet is filed. Therefore no further detention is required for investigation or for any other purpose.

Since the investigation of the crime is over, recovery of weapon allegedly used in crime has been made and statement of witnesses are recovered further detention of the applicant is not necessary. 6.
In view of the above, I am of the opinion that the applicant can be enlarged on bail by putting certain conditions. Hence following order:
O R D E R
i.
The applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with one solvent surety of like amount.
ii. The applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence in any manner.

Criminal application is disposed of.
