PER COURT :

The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', which read as under :- B.

By making rule absolute the respondents and particularly the respondents 2 to 4 be directed by issue of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions to continue the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in the respondent No. 4 School and the respondent No. 2 be directed to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in the respondent No. 4 School and be directed to release the salary of the petitioner forthwith. C.

By writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent No. 2-Education Officer may kindly be directed to take decision on proposal/representations dated 27.08.2021 (Exhibit "D") and reminders dated 23.11.2021, 31.01.2022, 17.02.2022 and 17.06.2022 at (Exhibit "E" Colly) expeditiously.

The learned AGP causes appearance on behalf of respondent

WP No. 7899/22 no. 1. The learned advocate Shri Bondar causes appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2.

The management of the institution has submitted proposals which are pending with respondent no. 2, as is evident from the above reproduced prayer clause 'C'.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with the direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the said proposals strictly in accordance with the rules and policies applicable and upon due verification of the records, preferably, on or before 21st October, 2022.
