This is an application for granting interim bail for eight days to the applicant to visit his ailing parents.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent / State.

Perused the application and the order passed by the learned Special Judge, Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, rejecting the application for bail.

From the record submitted to this Court, it appears that the applicant is arrested in many crimes for commission of murder on contract basis. Since twelve years, he is behind the bars. The provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOC

930 BA.1140.2025.odt Act) are invoked against him. In such circumstances, if the applicant is released on bail, certainly he will take disadvantage and flee away. The applicant has been convicted under the provisions of the MCOC Act and sentenced to imprisonment for life.

Considering all these aspects, the application deserves to be rejected. The bail application is rejected.

The fees of Mr. Yogesh G. Birajdar, learned counsel appointed through the Legal Aid to represent the cause of the applicant, be paid through the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad as per Rules and schedule.
