PER COURT:

1] Mr. Patil, Advocate submits that subsequently writ petition Nos. 941 of 2014 and 2238 of 2014 have been filed alongwith civil applications, wherein, the directions were given to the Joint Charity Commissioner, to decide the matters before it, after considering the report. The dispute in the said petitions was also with regard to the applicability of Marathi constitution and/or English constitution.

2] Mr. Yawalkar, learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order, the Joint Charity Commissioner has decided the matter and further directed the Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the change reports of amendment to the constitution. Petitioner may join in the said proceedings. 3] In the light of the above, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply in the change report proceedings pending with Assistant charity Commissioner with regard to the amendment of the constitution.
