We have observed that the present writ petition is in the nature of public interest litigation. We had directed the petitioner to take steps to register the same as P.I.L and further directed to deposit an amount of Rs.2 lac.

The petitioner has not taken steps to get the present matter registered as P.I.L nor has deposited the amount. 3.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
