22 NOVEMBER 2024 ORDER:- These are the petitions by Uttam and Gangadhar. The petitioners in both these petitions are challenging the same order of the respondent - Scrutiny Committee dated 28.06.2021 refusing to validate their 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificates.

The impugned order of the Scrutiny Committee in fact is a common order in respect of five individuals including the present two writ petitioners.

Aggrieved by the same order, three of them, Bajrang Uttam Nirde, Shrikant Gangadhar Nirde and Maroti Uttam Nirde had preferred separate writ petitions. By the common order dated 27.09.2023 in Writ Petition No. 1904 of 2022 and connected matters, the order of Scrutiny Committee, which is a subject-matter of challenge even in these petitions, was quashed and set aside to the extent of those three petitioners. No separate reasoning is required. For the same reasons as have been recorded on 27.09.2023 in the matter of Bajrang and others, even these two petitions are allowed. 4.
The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of these petitioners.

The respondent Scrutiny Committee shall issue tribe validity certificates of 'Mannervarlu scheduled tribe' to the petitioners forthwith, which shall be subject to the outcome of re-verification undertaken by the Scrutiny Committee. 6.
