The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, though several prayers have been put forth, the petitioner is presently praying for prayer clause (C), which reads as under :- "C) By issue of Writ of mandamus or order or direction in the like nature, the respondent no. 1 and 2 may kindly be directed to take decision on the recommendation letter dated 29/10/2021 submitted by the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad forthwith."

Considering the above, in the event, any decision on the recommendation letter dated 29/10/2021, submitted by the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad, has not been taken by

7850.22wp (2) respondent Nos.1 and 2, they shall take a decision, strictly in accordance with the procedure, as is laid down in law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today.
