The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is basically challenging the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2007 and the consequential proclamation thereto. The issue is no longer res integra in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in case of Vaishnorani Mahila Bachat Gat V/s. State of Maharashtra reported in 2019 (5) Scale 1. 3.

In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
