Present applications have been filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body. In First Appeal No.2040 of 2016, amount of Rs.7,01,757/- has been deposited, whereas in First Appeal No.2042 of 2016, Rs.7,01,957/- has been deposited. The appeals have been filed challenging the quantum on the basis that the valuation has been done by a private valuer, who was not recognized by the Government.

Taking into consideration this aspect, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in respective appeals,
