Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, learned AGP and the learned Advocate Mr. A. C. Pathan who appears for the respondents No.5 and 6.

The petitioner is awaiting inclusion of his name in the online portal for disbursement of salary.

It appears that the respondent No.4 Education Officer (Secondary) had submitted a proposal to the respondent No.3 Deputy Director of Education on 30/08/2021. It was responded to by the

WP 6753-2023 latter vide its communication dated 28/12/2021 intimating the Education Officer (Secondary) that the proposal was having several shortcomings and was not a complete proposal. It was imperative for the Education Officer (Secondary) to have responded to and forwarded a fresh proposal as was expected by the superior. Inaction on this part has made the petitioner to approach this Court. 4.

The writ petition is partly allowed.

The Education officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule respondent No.4 shall now forward a fresh proposal, complete in all respects, as is expected by the respondent No.3 Deputy Diector of Education vide his communication dated 28/12/2022 Exhibit 'I' as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today. Thereafter, the respondent No.2 Director of Education shall take further decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within five weeks from the date of receipt of proposal. ( SHAILESH P.
