This application is for condonation of delay of 504 days caused in filing the appeal. The appeal is for enhancement of compensation amount by the claimants. It is also pointed out that the insurance company has also filed an appeal bearing F.A.No. 305 of 2025. There is delay of 167 days caused in filing the said appeal and the same is condoned by this Court. As already there is appeal pending against the same impugned judgment and award, this Court is inclined to allow the present application.

This application is, therefore, allowed. Delay of 504 days caused in filing appeal stands condoned. Office to register the First Appeal.
