Considering the challenge to the judgment and award dated 19.10.2015, passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Aurangabad, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs.Ten Lakhs) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and the remaining amount shall be kept in fix deposit in any nationalised Bank till disposal of the appeal.
