For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 14 days in filing the present application is condoned. The impugned order dated 20/6/2013 passed by the Registrar is set aside and Appeal from Order (St.) NO. 10261 of 2013 is also restored to its original position on the condition that the Office objections would be removed within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of this order. 3.
