Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 informs this Court that Applicants have already filed application for discharge before the trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet. In fact this Application takes exception only to the F.I.R. In view of the subsequent events occurred after filing of this Application, further adjudication of this Application is unwarranted.
