The prayers made in the instant petition need not be considered in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction conferred under Article 226 of the Constitution. If at all, by virtue of construction of road, property of the petitioners is likely to be affected, they will have entitlement to claim compensation so also Respondents would be bound to observe the procedure prescribed under law for acquiring the property. No interference is called for. Writ Petition stands dismissed.
