We have perused the detailed order passed by the learned Member of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 02.05.2023, in Original Application No. 13 of 2023. We have also perused the directions issued by the learned Tribunal in Paragraph 9, which binds the employer.

In view of the above, we do not find any reason to cause any interference in the impugned order, save and except entertaining the grievance of the Petitioner that he has not been paid suspension allowance ever since his suspension from December, 2022. 3.
The learned AGP submits on written instructions dated 15.01.2024 received from Shri A. B. Garkal, Divisional Forest Officer, Beed that within five days, the entire arrears of the suspension
22wp1373-23 allowance would be deposited in the account of the Petitioner since the amount is already lying with the Treasury. He assures that the further suspension allowance would also be paid to the Petitioner. 4.
The learned AGP makes a grievance that the Petitioner' s headquarters are at Parli. During the suspension period, he is expected to be in the headquarters. We agree with the contention of the learned AGP and we direct that the Petitioner shall ensure that he is within the headquarters at all times, save and except for the propose of attending court cases, whenever required, at Beed, for which he will take appropriate permission of the employer to attend the Court hearing. 5.
