1. The learned counsel for applicant on instruction submits that he wants to withdraw the application. He submits that the applicant is interested in early hearing of the matter. It appears that the applicant is not represented by advocate in trial Court. He has sought adjournment. If he cooperates, the trial Court is expected to dispose of the case within six months from the date of receipt of this order. The Trial Court is to inform this Court in respect of any other accused, who is granted bail, is cooperating. Application is disposed of accordingly.
