We do not find relationship of employee and employer between petitioner and MSEB. The petitioner is engaged through an agency (respondent no.4) on contractual basis.

If the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner has remedy before the Labour and Industrial Court.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail the said remedy. In that event, all contentions are kept open.
