The petitioner prays that a correct certificate of ' Tokre Koli'

Schedule Tribe is to be issued by respondent No.2. The defective certificate, carrying the spelling "Tokare Koli", has already been confiscated.

The learned AGP submits that the correct certificate would be issued within four weeks'

time.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Respondent No.2 shall issue the correct certificate on or before 15th September, 2022 in the appropriate Form ' C'
