The transfer of the petitioner by the Management was duly approved by the Education Officer (Secondary) by the order dated 10.05.2023. However, it was the stand of the Management that it had never sent the proposal.

In paragraph no.13 of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent no.1 and 2, the Management has undertaken to forward the proposal for approval to the Education Officer again. 3.
