Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the caste certificate to be issued to the petitioners have been prepared and the same are handed over to the learned Counsel for the petitioners. The learned Counsel for the petitioners accepts the said certificate.

It is further submitted By Mr. Patil that the validity certificate issued in favour of the father of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and real uncle of the petitioners namely Raghunath Ramrao Mature is under reconsideration.

The caste certificates issued to the petitioners would be subject to the further decision that may be taken with regard to the validity certificate of Raghunath Ramrao Mature. 4.
