Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 03.05.2021 passed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Case No.2019/DB/Appeal No.01/CR-155 under the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. Rule 15 provides for remedy of filing revision against the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to file revision before the State Government within a period of six weeks from today.

The time spent while prosecuting this petition shall be taken into consideration by the State Government while considering the application for condonation of delay.
