ORDER:

.

Heard finally with consent at admission stage. Being aggrieved by the common judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nilanga dated 8th June, 2010 in LAR No.808 of 1998 and other connected reference petitions, the State has preferred these three appeals against the

judgment and awarded passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.808 of 1998, LAR No.818 of 1998 and LAR No.863 of 1998 respectively.

When the present appeals are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for original Claimants in these appeals submits that the connected appeals arising out of the same acquisition proceedings have been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 14th March, 2017 in First Appeal Nos.3461 and 3462 of 2016. The learned counsel has placed on record a copy of the aforesaid order.

The learned AGP appearing for the Appellants has not disputed that the present appeals and First Appeal Nos.3461 and 3462 of 2016 have arisen from one and the same acquisition. It has also not been disputed that the First Appeal Nos.3461 and 3462 of 2016 have been dismissed by this Court vide common order passed on 14th March, 2017.

The learned AGP has not disputed the same. There is no reason to take any other view in the matter.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated by this Court in the order passed on 14th March, 2017 in First Appeal Nos.3461 and 3462 of 2016, the present appeals also stand dismissed with costs. All the appeals are accordingly disposed of.
