Petitioner who stands superannuated from the post of Head Master is awaiting further process at the hands of the respondents for clearing his supplementary bill regarding difference of pay.

It is being pointed out that the Head Master has forwarded the proposal which is resting with the respondent No. 3/Superintendent of Pay Unit and PF Unit (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Dhule since 06 October 2023.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision on the proposal referred to herein above as expeditiously as possible and in any case within
