Applicants are seeking to withdraw the amount of Rs. 7,40,114/- relying on the orders passed by the Coordinate Bench. The respondent acquiring body has deposited the entire amount. 2.

The civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationlized bank. The civil application is disposed of.
