Learned counsel for applicants states that due to error committed in recording applicant no.1's name in the proceeding, she is not able to receive interim maintenance amount as directed by this Court. In order to support of his submission that the name of the present applicant no.1 is Pornima Yogesh Desale, he placed reliance on Aadhar Card as well as copy of the bank passbook of applicant no.1.

Learned counsel for applicants on instructions makes a statement that he has no objection if the amount is transferred to 1/2

applicants herein into SBI account bearing no.41694244259. 3.

In view of this, office is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.50,000/- to the applicants herein in the SBI account no.41694244259. Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
