The grievance of the petitioner is that though the order is passed under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, the same is not implemented.

The petitioner may avail the execution proceeding as per the provisions of Mamlatdars' Courts Act. In case, the petitioners file the proceeding, the same shall be dealt with by the authority expeditiously, in accordance with law and procedure. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open No costs.
