The present applicant has been convicted by the learned Sessions Judge, Nandurbar for the offences punishable under section 304, 279, 337 of the Indian Penal Code and section 184 and 185 of the Motor Vehicles
2 Cr. Appln. 3523/2015 Act, vide judgment and order dated 10/06/2015 passed in Sessions Case No. 24 of 2009 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and pay fine of Rs.1000/- for the offence punishable under section 304 of the Indian Penal Code, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs.500/-, respectively, for the offences punishable under section 279, 337 of the Indian Penal Code and section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act, and to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.500/- for the offence punishable under section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act. 5.
Upon hearing both sides, it is clear that during the pendency of the trial, the applicant was released on bail. Considering the term of substantive sentence, the same is hereby suspended. The fine amount is deposited. The applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond and surety bond in the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each. Application stands disposed of.
