The only grievance made in the petition is in respect of issuance of tribe certificate recording correct spelling of tribe name. The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner as belonging to 'Mannerwarlu' scheduled tribe. In fact the tribe recognized in the Presidential Order is 'Mannervarlu'. The petitioner is already issued with the tribe certificate recording incorrect spelling of tribe name as Mannerwarlu. 3.

We have also heard learned Assistant Government Pleader.

We pass following order.

The Sub Divisional Officer/respondent no.2 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
