Learned Advocate for petitioner informs that in the present writ petition, he has challenged the order passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kaij below Exh. 46 in Regular Civil Suit No. 100 of 2006. However, R.C.S. No. 100 of 2006 itself has been disposed of by judgment and order dated 26.09.2014. The copy of said judgment and order is taken on record which is marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the disposal of original suit, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication. Hence, present writ petition stands disposed of.
