O R D E R

Mr A.B. Kale, Advocate for Appellants/Claimants, Mr S.S. Dande, AGP for Respondent-State, Mrs. Chaitali Chaudhari-Kutti, Advocate for Acquiring Body, Mr. P.P. Warade, Executive Engineer, Waghur Project and Mr K.A. Sawant Patil, Special Land Ofcer are present.

They have submitted the chart/statement of compromise singed by respective parties stating that parties have settled the matters in terms of order passed by this Court (Coram : S.V.

Gangapaurwala, J.) in First Appeal Stamp No. 3060/2013 dated 19th December, 2013 with connected appeals.

All the learned Counsels, Executive Engineer for Acquiring Body and Special Land Acquisition Ofcer have signed statement/chart of compromise which is marked as' X" for identification and same is taken on record. The appeals have been settled in view of compromise and stated in the chart/settlement signed by respective parties.

The learned Counsel for appellants Mr A.B. Kale stated that he would file letters of authorization of all the appellants within a period of two weeks from today.

Mrs Chaitali Chaudhari-Kutti , learned Counsel appearing for Acquiring Body/Respondent No. 2 states that these respondents will deposit an amount of compensation as per this award within a period of one year from the date of this order to which the learned Counsel for the claimants/appellants have no objection. 6.

In view of the above, all the appeals stand disposed of.

The decree/award be drawn up in terms of compromise chart/statement marked as 'X' for identification. 8.

The Acquiring Body/Respondent No. 2 shall deposit an amount of compensation as per this order within a period of one year from the date of this order in Reference Court. 9.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the rules in favour of the appellants/claimants.

10.

The amount shall be deposited with Reference Court within above mentioned period. The claimants are at liberty to withdraw the said amount.

11.

The Civil Application/s pending if any, also stand/s disposed of.
