We are informed by Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P. for the State that the petitioner has passed away on 16.11.2020. Mr. Karlekar also submits that the relief claimed in the writ petition has already been granted in the sense that the information, which was directed to be provided to the petitioner (since deceased) by the order dated 26.12.2013 of the State Information Commissioner, Nashik in Appeal No.2285/2012, has already been furnished by the State Public Information Officer-cumOffice Superintendent (2), under the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jalgaon by his letter dated 31.01.2014 and dispatched by India Post on 16.07.2014.

We record that a copy of the letter dated 31.01.2014 has been made over to Mr. G.L. Deshpande, learned advocate holding for Mr. S.S. Kulkarni, learned advocate for the deceased petitioner. 3.
In view of the submissions of Mr. Karlekar, the prayer of the deceased petitioner stood granted during his lifetime without an order of court. Since nothing survives for decision on this writ petition, the same stands disposed of. No costs.
