Upon hearing, learned counsel Mr. S.T. Veer, for the respondent No. 2, on instructions of respondent No.2, submits that without going into merit of the application, the respondent No. 2 would file fresh application for anticipatory bail in the concerned court within a period of one week and till then, the protection as granted by the trial court may be continued.

In the circumstances, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge to decide the fresh application, if any filed by

criapln3524-2015 the respondent No. 2 on its own merits by hearing the State as well as the complainant. The protection granted by the concerned Sessions Judge to continue till 22nd April, 2016. The present application is accordingly disposed of.
