This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent Sonabai Shankar Jagtap, who expired on 19.03.2018.

Present application is filed within limitation. Legal heir is disclosed in paragraph no.2 of the application. 3.

Learned counsel for applicant has served respondent no.2 and placed on record report of private service. 4.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.3 and 4

-2- 917-CA-16747-2022 of the application and in the interest of justice, the said legal representative is required to be brought on record. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(I) The Application stands allowed.

(II) Legal representatives of deceased respondent Sonabai Shankar Jagtap is permitted to be brought on record. (III) Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

(IV) Civil Application No.16747 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
