Though time was sought to file reply, no reply is filed. This Court by order dated 20.09.2024 directed that if no reply is filed, this Court will proceed further without reply on next date.

Application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the respondent No.1 Acquiring Body. The compensation is towards acquisition of land of the applicants. The learned SLAO has granted

926ca7598.24 compensation @ 15,000/- per hector. The reference Court has enhanced the same to Rs. 1,40,000/- per hector vide judgment in LAR No. 4 of 2014 by order dated 14.11.2017 and in other connected matters the Government has acquiesced the same. 3.

Considering the same, it is further submitted that only 75% amount was deposited in this Court as per impugned judgment and award. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest by furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

The Civil Application stands disposed off.
