Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 6449 of 2024 who is to secure admission to the General Midwifery Course of three years in an institute being operated by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, is anxious that her tribe certificate verification proposal pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee is not being decided. Even her paternal cousin's proposal is not being simultaneously considered by the Committee.

It is being informed that the Committee has already closed petitioners matters for passing final orders on 11.06.2024. 3.
