Respondent No. 2 has filed affidavit-in-reply, stating that the order, disobedience of which is alleged in the present petition, is complied with by issuing the order dated 28th June, 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order is not passed within time. He submits that it is only after the filing of the present contempt petition, the said order has been passed.

In response to the abovesaid argument by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P.

cp415-2016 submits that respondent No.2 has tendered unconditional apology in paragraph No. 5 of the affidavit-in-reply for the delay caused in taking the decision.

By accepting the unconditional apology tendered by respondent No. 2 and issuing a word of caution to respondent No. 2 that henceforth, he will comply with the directions/order of the competent Court within stipulated period with promptitude, this contempt petition stands disposed of.
