Considering the challenge raised to the impugned judgment and award, I am inclined to allow this application in terms of apportionment of compensation, as determined by the learned Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar dated 17th December 2015 in M.A.C.P. No.565/2013 3.

The major applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and the remaining amount shall be kept in Fix Deposit as per the order passed by the learned Member of the Tribunal dated 17th December 2015 till disposal of the appeal. Order accordingly. 4.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
