Taking into account circumstances under which it has been explained that the matter has been dismissed, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the respondents. 2.

Amount of costs be deposited in this court within a period of six weeks from today for its onward distribution to the respondents. In case of failure to deposit the amount of costs within stipulated time, this order shall be deemed to be recalled without further reference to the court.
