On the last date, we had heard Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Karad, the learned counsel for the respondent. Considering the health grounds of the petitioner, we had asked Mr. Karad, the learned counsel whether the institution would accommodate the petitioner at Aurangabad. Mr. Karad, the learned counsel submits that the institution has considered the health reasons of the petitioner and has accommodated the petitioner at 100 % grant-in-aid school run by the petitionersociety at Shanoorwadi.

In light of that, the impugned order does not subsist. The grievance of the petitioner also stands redressed. 3.
