Learned counsels for both sides present. They submitted that parties have settled the dispute and they have filed compromise document signed by both sides. They submitted that they have identified the signatures of both sides.

Both proceedings are arising out of the same Suit which was filed for setting aside the sale deed. The first appellate Court allowed the Appeal and the sale deeds are set aside. The original plaintiff now wants to give up the challenge made against the sale deed and the plaintiff wants to withdraw the Suit.

In view of the submissions made and the terms mentioned in the document, the applications are allowed. Both the Appeals are allowed. The Judgments and decrees of first appellate Court given in the First Appeal are hereby set aside. The Suit is disposed of as withdrawn. All the Civil Applications are disposed of.
