Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the offences allegedly committed by the applicants are compoundable. Learned counsel, thus, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this criminal application. Learned counsel submits that the applicants and respondent no.2/informant would fle the compromise before the trial court. Learned counsel has also pointed out that respondent no.2/informant has fled the notarized affdavit about the settlement arrived between the applicants and respondent no.2.
