The respondent/wife and her husband have obtained a decree of dissolution of their marriage in terms of Section 13(1) (B) of Hindu Marriage Act. It was agreed between them that all pending cases shall be disposed of with consent of each other. The learned advocate for the respondent/wife is present before the court. He gave express consent for allowing the present application. 3.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and B-1".
